At Heat Holders, we want you to stay warm and comfortable; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn Heat Holders items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
