What makes Heat Holders socks warmer than regular thermal socks?
Heat Holders use a three-stage process including high-performance thermal yarn, a patented extra-long loop cushion pile, and an intensive brushing process that traps more warm air close to the skin.
What is a TOG rating and why does it matter?
TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. It is a scientific measure of a textile's thermal capacity. Our Original socks have a 2.34 TOG rating, making them over 7x warmer than standard cotton socks.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50, while flat-rate shipping applies to smaller orders.
What is your return policy for apparel and socks?
We offer a 60-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks and underwear must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
How should I wash my Heat Holders products to maintain their warmth?
To keep your items soft and warm, we recommend machine washing at 40°C (104°F). Avoid tumble drying, dry cleaning, or ironing, as high heat can damage the thermal fibers.
